Delete Your Account
You can delete your PsyHome account at any time. Deletion is permanent — below we state plainly what gets deleted and what may be retained for abuse prevention and payment reconciliation.
In the app (fastest)
- Open PsyHome → Me → cloud account card → Delete account
- Confirm in the dialog
- Done — deletion starts immediately
By email
If you can’t access the app, email support@geilixinli.com from the address you registered with, subject "Delete my account". We verify it’s you and complete deletion within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (email / Apple identifier)
- Your subscription and top-up order linkage (payment receipts on the WeChat Pay / Alipay merchant side are retained by the payment channels under their own policies)
What may be retained after deletion
- Content-free usage metadata (models, token counts, timestamps) — for abuse prevention and reconciliation
- Trial-claim records (including your registration email) — to prevent trial abuse
- Feedback messages you submitted
- Crash logs, diagnostic files and screen recordings you uploaded
What is not affected
Data on your device (case files, settings) is not touched by account deletion — it was never synced to us. Delete the app or individual cases to remove it.
